We realize how hectic your schedule can be, and how difficult it is to make time for yourself. Meditation New York can help you to overcome those difficulties and develop a consistent meditation practice that will enhance your quality of life.

We will work with you to design a convenient and flexible meditation program. Learn to meditate at home, at your place of work, or in our Union Square studio, at a time that’s convenient for you. Sessions last for one hour. This gives us time for instruction, guided meditation and discussion.

We recommend a minimum of four sessions to build a solid foundation for making regular meditation a part of your life. No experience necessary. Contact Meditation New York for an informal conversation about your practice. Being there just got a little easier.
